Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton has showed off her figure following her three-stone weight loss in recent months.
Chantelle, who was sent into Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 as a "fake" celebrity before going on to win the reality TV show, opened up about her weight loss last week when she posted a photo of herself looking slimmer than ever.
Her stunning transformation has been down to the 39-year-old turning to a vegan diet and adding personal training sessions into her busy lifestyle which includes swimming and boxing.
Chantelle, who has 56,400 followers on Instagram, wrote: "I’m feeling amazing after my 3 stone weight loss, these jeans are a size 10 and I was going to throw them away last year because I didn’t think that I’d be able to fit in them again!
"It seems I have a whole new wardrobe buried under my bed, clothes that I bought once upon a time and have never worn (anyone else hide stuff at the back of their wardrobes) or I haven’t been able to fit in for yearsssss. Feeling thankful that I’m a hoarder!
"My new lifestyle of eating healthy, meditation, exercising and manifesting have had such a HUGE positive impact on my life, I am in love with well-being and self care. Who doesn’t love a transformation?! I am BLESSED."
Chantelle had previously spoke about her weight loss journey, where back in July she said she felt "demoralised" by the comments after putting on three stone when she ended her engagement to Michael Strutt.
Explaining all the weight 'went to her tummy' – the mum-of-one said she was cruelly trolled and that after receiving an 'unhealthy' BMI score, decided enough was enough.
"It’s demoralising and hurtful when you’re congratulated on a pregnancy that’s not happening and it’s just fat," she told OK! as she showed off her slimmer physique.
"My waist was 38 inches and it was as big as my bust. I felt vile and disgusting."
Chantelle continued: "There have been times previously where I’ve lost weight, but this time I do feel the best I’ve ever felt in my body. I feel absolutely amazing."
Chantelle is currently single after her split with Michael Strutt and is the mother of 10-year-old Dolly, who she shares with former mixed martial artist and fellow Celebrity Big Brother winner Alex Reid.
