Channing Tatum has revealed he is in therapy during a candid conversation in which he accused an astrology app of spying on him.
The 39-year-old Hollywood star opened up about his personal life as he explained he has noticed a curious correlation between the fears he discusses in therapy sessions and the advice his app provides.
Potentially sparking a conspiracy theory, the Magic Mike star accused the astrology app Pattern of eavesdropping on his private conversations.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, the film star demanded an explanation from anyone that works for The Pattern company.
“I was just in therapy yesterday,” Channing stated in a video that he shared on Instagram.
“Yeah, I'm in therapy, whatever. Everybody should be in therapy - and I just get a notification on my phone this morning...using the exact words we were using in therapy,” he said - revealing he attends sessions regularly.
Having noticed the correlation between his private sessions and the information that appears on his app, Channing demanded to know how the company seemingly “know stuff” about him.
“Is the phone listening? Are you listening through my phone and then just regurgitating the stuff that I'm afraid of?” he asked.
“How do you know what you know about me Pattern?” he continued.
The actor went on to appear for help in finding the answers to his predicament.
“People of the pattern, people that use the pattern, you need to DM me right now and tell me how you know this stuff. I don't even know if I want to know this stuff. I don't know if anybody should know this stuff!” he said.
Followers leaving comments might not necessarily help ease Channing’s mind, however, as one follower suggested in the comments section of his video: “ Big Brother is watching!”
