Apply for Hunted on Channel 4 as bosses issue final call for fugitives to go on run in new series

Reckon you could go the run and evade capture to win a big cash prize?

Well, if the answer is yes you've got a chance to put your money where your mouth is as hit Channel 4 show Hunted is back and has issued as final rallying call for fugitives to star in the new series.

One of the most gripping programmes on TV, Hunted has had millions of viewers on the edges of their seats for a few years now, who tune into see if the fugitives can manage to escape the claws of the crack team of Hunters.

Celebrity spin-offs to date have seen the likes of Vicky Pattison and Dom Jolly take them on in a bid to win money for charity but its members of the public that producers are after right now.

A callout for potential contestants sent to ChronicleLive reads: "Have you ever wondered if you’ve got what it takes to disappear and go on the run, testing your wits to evade capture from some of the best hunters on the planet?

"We’re looking for aspiring ‘fugitives’ of all ages to take part and do whatever it takes to disappear in 21st century Britain.

!Perhaps you fancy your chances by going it alone, or maybe you’d like to escape with your family, friends or colleagues.

"A prize of £100,000 will be shared equally between the fugitives who successfully evade capture."

You must be 18 or over to be on Hunted and you can apply HERE.

The original; deadline deadline for applications was set down as Saturday, June 12 but the deadline has been extended as on Friday, a tweet on Hunted's Twitter account read: "Applications are still open, if you've got what it takes to beat my team of Hunters then apply here http://huntedapplications.com"

A rallying call for fugitives on the website adds: "We're looking for ordinary people to go on the run and try to disappear in one of the most watched nations on Earth.

"If you had to disappear tomorrow, for whatever reason - with some of the world's best investigators looking for you, and some of the most cutting edge technology tracking you, could you just vanish?
