Channel 4 has cancelled TV show The Surjury which was to be hosted by Caroline Flack - after she tragically took her own life on Saturday.
The TV show was due to launch this year and would have seen contestants stand in front of a panel of strangers and pitch their plans to go under the knife in pursuit of the perfect body.
If the hopefuls secured the support of 75 per cent of the on-screen jury, they would be rewarded with the surgery free of charge.
After the sad death of Caroline, who was found dead aged 40 in London on Saturday, the channel released a statement to confirm the the show would no longer be going ahead.

“We are shocked and saddened to hear the tragic news about Caroline Flack,” a spokesperson has said.
“Our deepest sympathies go out to Caroline's family and friends. Under the circumstances, we have decided not to broadcast The Surjury,” they added.
The Surjury had sparked controversy when it was first announced back in October 2019 - however Caroline defended the show, teasing that it would not be what people would expect.

The TV host clashed with fellow presenter Jameela Jamil online when the show was announced, after the former E4 star declared the show was comparable to dystopian sci-fi series Black Mirror.
"Have you managed to see a copy before me? Please forward .. am desperate to see…” Caroline tweeted after Jameela hit out at the concept.
"Because I've filmed it and the people who have taken part are amazing and have been through a lot and life is about individual choice ..." she added.

The future of Love Island is now in doubt following the tragic death of Caroline - with many fans of the show suggesting it should be axed following her suicide.
ITV made the decision to pull the Best Bits compilation episode from the schedules on Saturday night and have refused to comment on whether the show will resume on Sunday.
Fans and celebrities have been in mourning after news broke on Saturday that the TV star had been found dead at her east London home on Saturday.
A lawyer for the Flack family confirmed that Caroline took her own life, while a spokesperson said: "We can confirm that our Caroline passed away today on the 15th February.”
They added: “We would ask that the press respect the privacy of the family at this difficult time."
