It is believed to be the first time bosses have advertised for people to be on the show, which involves watching a taped version of that weeks telly with some yummy food.

Back in 2015, the show's creator Stephen Lambert: "Everybody on Gogglebox has been found and persuaded to be on the show and I think that's the key to why they are likeable and why the show works, because we get to know these people
"We've never advertised for people on Gogglebox."
Looks like there is a first for everything.
