Liverpool has seen some of the most iconic names in retail come and go over the years, especially since the opening of Liverpool ONE.

Spanning across Paradise Street, North and South John Street and parts of Church Street - Liverpool ONE serves as a transition from the waterfront straight to the city's retail district.

The open-air shopping centre boasts some of the city’s flagship stores including Adidas, Apple and John Lewis . Not to mention the upcoming opening of an enormous Tessuti store.

Liverpool ONE is also home to a number of residential areas, hotels, and even parkland.

The opening of Liverpool ONE, which coincided with the year Liverpool served as European Capital of Culture , saw many changes, including the redevelopment of Chavasse Park and the loss of the old Paradise Street bus station and the Moat House Hotel.

However, Liverpool ONE gave back just as much as it took, offering the city restaurants, bars and stores unlike anything Liverpool had seen before.
