Changes to Bristol Airport flights after 'rise in demand'

An airline has increased its capacity to and from Bristol Airport after a 'rise in demand'.

The airport said airline KLM is allowing more people on its Bristol to Amsterdam service by using larger B737 aircraft on most flights.

The change of aircraft will be in place from Thursday (August 13) until the end of the month.

A spokesperson for the airport said: "Great news: Due to a rise in demand, KLM will increase their capacity on the Bristol to Amsterdam service by using the larger B737 aircraft on most flights from August 13th to the end of the month."

The airport recently issued a warning to passengers to make sure they don't get caught out by the new Passenger Locator Form rule.
