Changes planned at Aston Martin dealership Nottingham

A Nottingham based Aston Martin dealership has applied for planning permission for a workshop facility. The submitted plans by the Sytner Group, who operate Aston Martin, propose a single storey stand alone workshop with dry valeting and storage to the rear of the existing dealership on Thane Road, at the Lenton Industrial Estate.

The proposed workshop would occupy part of an existing area of paved car storage compound on the site. The area is no longer used for car storage for the site, and the dealership wants to utilise the space.

The proposed workshop will also allow three members of staff to be employed for the car prep bay and dry valeting, and another five members of staff as service technicians. If approved, it is believed that the existing plans will have minimal impact on the surrounding area.
