Chanelle Hayes has shared incredibly honest body pictures to promote 'self care' and body positivity.
The Big Brother star has taken to Instagram with a string of stripped back shots to show her 'saggy, stretched, wobbly bits' after fighting back from food cravings to shed weight.
Since regaining control, she's undergone a gastric sleeve surgery and lost an incredible 8.5 stone, resulting in a dramatic change in her self-esteem.
She's now championing others to become comfortable in their own skin.
Chanelle, 34, shared a number of shots as she modelled in a black bra and knickers and updated fans on her journey as continues her training to become a nurse.
She penned: "Not posted for a while as I’ve not been feeling too great. Anyway….Today has been a “self-care” type of day. I’ve been slowly coming to realise during my nursing degree that if I can’t take care of myself I won’t be much use to anybody else.
"So in the spirit of a bit of self-care, I thought I would show you you saggy, stretched, wobbly bits and hopefully it might pop up on your feed in amongst all the edited and photoshopped perfection and give you a little bit of relief from all that nonsense."
In one of the shots she placed her hands over her belly creating a heart shape as she signed off her post: "This evening I will be relaxing, with my hot water bottle, my electric blanket and a decaf cup of tea. Yes, I am only 34, but I party like I’m in my 90s!"
Fans of the reality star rushed to praise her brave move in sharing her 'real' body and not sharing filtered shots.

And the ex-glamour model was keen to interact with her fans as one praised her toned arms and hinted she hasn't ruled out surgery in the future to which she added: "Yeah they’ve not done too badly. Just need a minute to sort out getting my tummy and boobs done with enough recovery time for uni and kids etc xxx"
