HISAR: The Hisar-Tosham road was blocked on Monday by youths protesting against the Agnipath scheme. Police have registered a case against 36 people, including six youths of the village but no one has been arrested so far. Police said a case was registered on the complaint of ASI Jaibir against Pradeep alias Kalia, Yogesh alias Sonu, Rohtash, Ravindra, Liluram, Bunty, of Dabra village of Hisar, and 30 unknown persons. They have been booked for rioting, obstructing public servant, obstruction on public way and wrongful restraint.
