CHANDIGARH: The city is not going to get any respite from the chill, although fog will not be making a comeback soon.
Despite the sun, cold winds made stepping out a difficult proposition. On Monday, the maximum temperature was recorded was 18.9 degrees Celsius and minimum at 3.3 degree Celsius.
Th meteorological department forecast a possibility of cloud cover on Wednesday owing to a western disturbance becoming active in western Himalayan region and adjoining plains.
On Tuesday, the sky will be clear. The maximum temperature is expected to be 18 degrees Celsius and the minimum around 4 degrees Celsius. Fog is not expected for another two days.
