Chancerygate and JR Capital have acquired G3 Arrol Road in the Wester Gourdie Industrial Estate in Dundee for £6.5m.
The firm was advised by Lismore Real Estate Advisors on the sale of the estate by West Ranga Property Group.
The price reflected a net initial yield of 6.50%.
G3 is a multi-let industrial estate, located close to the A90 Kingsway, offering prime industrial and logistics space, totalling approximately 80,000 sq ft following renovation.
The firm will have tenants until 2031 due to current deals signed with Scania, Ford and Grimme UK.
The rents range from £5.00 per sq ft to £7.00 per sq ft. One unit remains vacant.
