May 23--Chance the Rapper's "Coloring Book" will debut in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 albums chart this week and become the first streaming-only project to achieve that feat, Billboard reported Sunday.
The independently released mixtape, which dropped May 12 via Apple's music-streaming service, places eighth on the Billboard chart with 38,000 equivalent album units, equating to 57.3 million streams. "Coloring Book" is slated to remain exclusive to Apple Music until Friday, when it becomes available elsewhere.

The Billboard 200 chart uses a formula that includes traditional album sales, individual song sales and streaming numbers to rank the most popular albums of the week.
Billboard noted that "The Life of Pablo," the album released in February by Kanye West -- Chance the Rapper's mentor and fellow South Side rapper -- is also almost entirely driven by streams. West initially said the album would only be available via Tidal, but then offered it on other streaming services and his website.
