Chance of Labour gaining Broxtowe just 3% says BBC projection

These are the BBC projections for constituencies across Nottinghamshire.

Bassetlaw is projected to be a Conservative gain, with the likelihood of a Labour hold lingering at just 1%.

Gedling could go either way, with an estimated 56% Labour hold versus a 44% Tory gain.

In Ashfield, there is expected to be a 99+% chance of the Conservatives gaining the seat.

A strong Tory hold (99+%) is projected in Sherwood.

The chance of Labour gaining Broxtowe is just 3%, with a 97% chance of the seat being held by the Conservatives.

It will be a good night for Ben Bradley in Mansfield, with a projection of a certain hold for the Tories. Newark is also expected to be a Conservative hold.

There is some respite for Labour in the county, with Nottingham East projected to be a Labour hold (99+%).

The same can also be said for another seat in the city, Nottingham South. Nottingham North is also a near-certain Labour hold but at a slightly lower 95%.

Last, but not least, in Ken Clarke's former constituency Rushcliffe, the BBC projects a 99+% chance of a Conservative hold
