Spurs have asked about the duo and the administrators running the Latics confirmed they have received an official approach for the 18-year-olds.
Wigan are set to be hit with a 12-point reduction at the end of the season, which as it stands would see the Latics relegated to League One.
Birmingham City and Coventry fight for striker
Coventry City will face competition from rivals Birmingham in their pursuit of Wolves striker Renat Dadashov this summer, according to reports cited by Coventry Live.
The six-cap international is understood to be on Mark Robins' radar at Ryton-on-Dunsmore ahead of the club's first season back in the Championship.
But reporters at Azerbaijani sports site Fanat claim that the 21-year-old has been subject to an approach from Blues ahead of next season who are keen to re-ignite their interest in the forward.
Wigan boss contender for Burnley job

Premier League clubs are already circling around the cash-stricken side after they entered administration and Cook is also attracting interest, with it stated Burnley consider him a viable candidate to succeed Dyche.
The Clarets boss has expressed his dismay at his transfer kitty for the next window and the club’s failure to extend a number of contracts for the final month of the extended season.
