English football has been rocked to the core by the outbreak of coronavirus, with all action suspended until June at the earliest.
But despite no games being played, that hasn’t stopped the rumour mill from continuing with the latest transfer tittle-tattle.
With that in mind, here are the latest Championship transfer rumours.
Casilla attracting interest
Numerous clubs in Spain are keen to sign Leeds United goalkeeper Kiko Casilla this summer.
A Spanish source has told Football Insider that the keeper has a strong reputation in the country and there are plenty of clubs keeping tabs on him.
However, the report claims that one issue for potential buyers is the goalkeeper’s £40,000-a-week contract that has three years remaining.
Fenerbahce move for Huddersfield man
Fenerbahce are reportedly interested in a move for Huddersfield Town defender Florent Hadergjonaj.
The Turkish side, according to a report from Takvim (via Sports Witness ), see him as a replacement for the departing Mauricio Isla.
The 31-year-old is set to become a free agent this summer and the Turkish club are keen to snap him up when he does.
Charlton stake price set
Charlton Athletic have received interest from a potential new shareholder as Matt Southall looks to sell his stake in the club.
The South London Press are reporting that an anonymous party is interested in Charlton and current chairman Southall is keen to sell up.
The former football agent is reportedly looking for a six-figure sum for his 35 percent stake in the Addicks.
