Cardiff City in for Wickham

Cardiff City have reportedly joined the race for Connor Wickham.

Sheffield Wednesday were thought to have won the race to sign Wickham, but a dispute over how much the Owls would contribute to the player's wages has seen the move fall through.

Leeds United make impressive signing

Leeds United's manager Marcelo Bielsa (John Rushworth)

Leeds United have wrapped up a deal to sign Jean-Kevin Augustin on loan.

The RB Leipzig striker joins on loan until the end of the season, and the Whites have the option to turn the move permanent.

He said: "I’ve played in different leagues and I’ve never been in England. I know I will really like it, whether it be in the Championship or Premier League, to come here and play here.

"I’m going to do everything I can to help the team get back to the Premier League."

Here is why it is a deal that could bode well for Bristol City.

West Brom eye up Callum Robinson

Bristol City fans look away now.

Callum Robinson - a man who always seems to score against the Robins - is wanted by West Brom.

The Baggies are reportedly keen to take the former Preston North End man on loan from Sheffield United.

Robinson has struggled for football since joining the Blades.
