They are predicted to finish sixth, two points clear of seventh-placed Middlesbrough in the race for the top six.
Elsewhere, Norwich City win the title by 11 points, with Leeds United finishing in second, three points ahead of Sheffield United.
At the other end of the table, Rotherham, Bolton and Ipswich are all relegated.
