Marc Overmars says Hakim Ziyech will be allowed to leave Ajax this summer.
The forward has been linked with Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal, and Ajax's director of football says the club will not stand in his way.
He said: “He leaves when a top club comes. He is in focus because of his achievements in the Champions League.
“Many big clubs are buzzing around him. We promised Hakim [that we would] agree to a good transfer.”
Chelsea loophole

The Blues are under a two-window transfer ban, but they could have a temporary solution in order to make a double signing.
It is believed that, due to Gonzalo Higuain and Mateo Kovacic being on loan at Stamford Bridge this season, they would be able to join the Blues on a permanent basis.
