Champions League power rankings: Liverpool and Manchester United fall ahead of second legs

The Champions League is back this week, but by Thursday morning eight of Europe's biggest clubs will be left wondering 'what if?'

After a thrilling round of games in February, the quarter-final line-up still remains a mystery. Tottenham Hotspur, of all clubs, appear to be the side most certain to find their way into the last eight following an impressive defenestration of Borussia Dortmund at Wembley that allowed Mauricio Pochettino to dream.

Where does that leave them in our rankings though?

The power rankings are designed to tell us who has the best chance of winning the Champions League trophy come June - so would Spurs' 3-0 win put them above Liverpool and Bayern Munich (who drew 0-0) or would Pochettino's side still be considered weaker than both of those European giants?

What about Ajax, who outplayed Real Madrid but lost narrowly? Or Juventus, who have been built to win this tournament but trail 2-0 after the first leg at Atletico Madrid

Manchester United's defeat to Paris Saint-Germain wounds their chances but how much? What of Dortmund? And Roma?

Well it's all answered in our latest Champions League power rankings, and we will be discussing them on this week's Indy Football Podcast.
