In tonight's other tie, Liverpool must make sure they do not slip up against FC Porto as they bid for a famous Double-winning season.
Jurgen Klopp's Reds currently sit top of the Premier League, and have one foot in the semi-finals after beating Porto 2-0 at Anfield in the first leg.
While Liverpool are overwhelming favourites to go through, the hard work will really start in the last four (should they progress) as they would face the might of Lionel Messi and Barcelona.

How to watch Champions League highlights on TV
Highlights of Man City vs Tottenham and FC Porto vs Liverpool will be available on BT Sport 2 at 10:30pm GMT.
Extended highlights of Man City vs Spurs will be shown on BT Sport 3 from 12am, with Porto vs Liverpool following at 1am.
Early birds can catch the highlights again on BT Sport 3 between 6-8am on Thursday.
