The date, venue and kick-off time are to be confirmed but the game is likely to be held in a neutral venue in Hungary or Greece.
Travel restrictions come into play amid the pandemic for what will be one-legged qualifying ties held on August 18 or 19 and UEFA have designated 'neutral hubs' for games to be played in Poland, Hungary, Greece and Cyprus.
