Chelsea beats Manchester City in UEFA Champions League final to crown themselves as European champions for second time

Chelsea has claimed a second UEFA Champions League title after defeating Manchester City 1-0 in a thrilling final in Porto, Portugal.

A late first-half strike from Kai Havertz proved to be enough for Chelsea to add another Champions League title to their one and only triumph in 2012.
