Tickets for this season’s Champions League Final are set to be hot-property on Merseyside after Liverpool’s stunning comeback against Barcelona on Tuesday night.
Tottenham stand in between Liverpool and their sixth European Cup triumph after Spurs shocked Ajax with an incredible semi-final comeback on Wednesday in front of a boisterous Amsterdam crowd.
But, as with all Champions League finals, they will also be hard to come by for fans.
While Atletico Madrid’s Wanda Metropolitano stadium has a capacity of 63,500, only 38,000 tickets were allocated to supporters.
Liverpool have received an allocation of 16,613 tickets, and have announced that top-priced tickets will cost £513 while around 3200 category four tickets will be available for £60.
Tickets were available via a ballot system back in March, with Uefa setting a deadline of 1pm GMT on Thursday, 21 March.
Fans would then be informed via email whether their application had been successful on April 5.
At this stage, supporters were invited to complete their purchases, with any unsold tickets then being allocated to other applicants.

Can I buy ticket from other sellers?
Uefa outline on their website that third party and secondary ticket platforms are not authorised by the organisation, and that entry will be denied.
“Any tickets purchased from such sites will be invalid in accordance with Uefa’s ticketing terms and conditions and will not gain entry to the stadium. Uefa therefore strongly discourages fans from buying tickets from any such websites.”
