Optical illusions test your brain's ability to work together with your eyes to help you think more efficiently and solve problems more easily.
They are great mental workout, and apparently, being able to solve them fast is a sign of intelligence, or high IQ. So why not see if you can officially call yourself a genius?
With the Easter weekend almost here, it's only apt to test your ability using a themed optical illusion – and it's trickier than you think.
Brain teaser lovers have been left scratching their heads while trying to work out how many eggs are in the picture above – as it's not as easy as it looks.

It requires you to think outside the box and consider more than you can actually see in the picture.
According to The Sun, 95% of people will fail, so if you manage it you're in the top 5% of people, boasting high IQ.
If your first answer was 16, you're unfortunately wrong because you need to take into consideration the eggs you can't see.
Do you give up? We'll try to help you get there. First, start from the bottom and think how many there would be if this was a 3D picture.
It would be four eggs by four, which means there would be 16 on the bottom alone. In the next row there are three, so by the same thinking it would give you nine.
After that, you have two by two, which is four, plus the one on its own at the top. So 16+9+4=1.
Add them all together and you've got 30 eggs in total. You have to think of all the eggs you can't see.
Are you up for another challenge? In another Easter-themed brain teaser, you're challenged to find the egg hiding in this wall paper.
A similar brain teaser has six hidden Easter Eggs in an image, and it's your job to find them.
If you want something completely different, you can try to find the six odd letters within 13 seconds in this tricky brain teaser.
Did you manage to count all 30 eggs? Let us know in the comment section below.
