The chairman of a Manchester-headquartered fashion giant, which is behind the likes of Jacamo, Simply Be and JD Williams, is to step down at the end of next month - with his successor being named.
Matt Davies will leave his role with N Brown Group on March 31 after three years at the AIM-listed company.
Ron McMillan will relinquish his roles as senior independent director and audit committee chair of N Brown and will succeed Mr Davies as chairman.
Mr McMillan is currently audit committee chair and senior independent director of B&M and SCS Group, and audit committee chair of Homeserve.
Gill Barr will succeed Mr McMillan as the senior independent director while Vicky Mitchell will assume the audit committee chair role on an interim basis.
The appointment of Mr McMillan is subject to FCA approval.
N Brown's brands also include Home Essentials and Ambrose Wilson.
