Rangers chairman Andrew Cavenagh expects the club to still sign "three to five players" this summer.
The Ibrox side has already welcomed nine new signings to Derek McInnes' squad. However, at the club's 2026 Shareholder Meeting, Cavenagh suggested that there is still much work to be done in the transfer market.
He was hesitant to specify the exact number of players still to be signed or sold.
Rangers are reportedly in advanced talks with PSV Eindhoven to sign winger Couhaib Driouech for around £7 million. Turkish outfit Corum FK are closing in on a move to sign Rangers midfielder Mohamed Diomande.
Rangers recently rejected a £22 million bid for Youssef Chermiti.

The striker, who scored 15 goals in 41 appearances following his £8 million move from Goodison Park, was the subject of a club-record deal by Galatasaray.
However, Chermiti is currently injured and will undergo a scan today. McInnes addressed the club's decision to reject the bid for Chermiti.
He said: "The bid was rejected, which we were delighted about, even though it was a big number.
"He planted his foot and felt the impact from the challenge."
On the striker's injury, McInnes added: "He's left in a boot and his knee in the brace; we'll get him scanned tomorrow.
"Hopefully we have some luck on the scan tomorrow."
