The long-time wide receiver tweeted some thoughts on the Bengals’ key to victory in Week 2 against the Chicago Bears, mainly focusing on limiting two of Chicago’s big men on the front line, Akiem Hicks and Khalil Mack.
Bengals success in my opinion will be slowing down & limiting pressure from Hicks & Mack, we have too many weapons offensively & with time Burrow will have a ******* day, i can only speak from a offensive perspective & there isn’t a scheme to stop them except pressure.
The offensive line looked much improved in Week 1 against the Vikings, but it certainly will be a challenge to slow down Mack and Hicks. But if they can limit those two, the Bengals have the offensive upside to beat up on a Bears defense that didn’t look so hot against the Rams in Week 1.
The Bengals have a chance to start 2-0 for the first time since 2018.
