CGI images reveal what first homes up for sale in £100m Jordanhill Park development will look like

The first homes are now up for sale from the £100 million Jordanhill Park development in Glasgow's west end .

29 apartments are now available to reserve on the University of Strathclyde’s former Jordanhill Campus development.

The first two buildings to become available on Southbrae Drive have been named The Principals and The Academy, in keeping with the academic history of the site.

Comprising of one and two bedroom apartments, the properties are situated on the 31 acre site and are priced from £242,000.

They are the first of a total of 400 homes which will be delivered by 2023 through Rettie & Co. on Byres Road.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director at CALA Homes (West), said: "The release of the first homes at Jordanhill Park marks a major milestone for this eagerly-awaited development – which is going to bring a range of homes to one of the city’s most sought-after neighbourhoods over the coming years.

"The one and two-bedroom apartments released will offer homebuyers spacious, luxurious homes with stunning views across the city and beyond, surrounded by lush parkland. And with our fantastic interactive plot selector tool, anyone who visits the Jordanhill Park team at Rettie & Co. can choose their ideal location within the iconic former university campus.

"With a number of appointments already in place, we expect our first homes to be exceptionally popular, so would encourage anyone who is interested to visit the team soon."

The Jordanhill Park development will include range of properties from one- bedroom flats to five-bedroom detached homes.

The historic category B-listed David Stow building will be retained in the development and transformed into open-plan apartments.
