Cesc Fabregas tells Callum Hudson-Odoi how he can turn into a 'terrific' Chelsea player

Cesc Fabregas believes that with the right attitude Callum Hudson-Odoi can become a 'terrific' player for Chelsea in the future.

The 19-year-old broke into the first team while the Spaniard was still with the Blues, and the youngster certainly impressed him.

Hudson-Odoi made his debut when Antonio Conte was still at the helm, but got more of a chance with Maurizio Sarri as head coach.

Now with Frank Lampard in charge, Hudson-Odoi signed a new five-year deal to commit his future with the Blues and looking to become a regular member of the starting XI.

However, Hudson-Odoi is still fully recovering from the serious injury he suffered in April when he ruptured the Achilles' tendon in his right foot.

Fabregas was holding a question and answer session on his Twitter page this afternoon, with #AskCesc trending for a few hours.

And the topic of Hudson-Odoi was raised, with Fabregas giving an answer that Chelsea fans would certainly enjoy.

It has been a year since Fabregas left the Blues to join Monaco after the Blues refused to offer him more than a year's contract extension.

His side are currently eighth in the Ligue 1 table, with Tiemoue Bakayoko on loan from the Blues for the 2019/20 season.
