Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas believes Arsenal's players are wholly on board with Mikel Arteta's vision for the club.
The Spaniard took over the hotseat eleven months ago after learning his trade under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, and has won over the backing of fans with a number of shrewd signings and determination to implement positive change.
Fabregas, who spent eight years at Arsenal between 2003 and 2011, told the Daily Mail that Arteta's players are also onside and have been left 'fascinated' by how quickly he has improved things at the club.
"They have a new project, I believe what Mikel [Arteta] is doing is nice," he said.
"The players are fascinated by how he came in and changed the training ground, the methodology, how he prepares for games.
"He makes it easier for his teams to understand how to attack, how to defend - I like his ideas, all I'm hearing is positive."
Despite Arteta's impact, Arsenal have made a lukewarm start to their Premier League campaign, having lost four of their opening eight matches.
The club's biggest area of concern is at the top of the pitch, with the Gunners failing to score from open play in any of their last four domestic outings.
Arsenal have been linked with moves for Houssem Aouar and Dominik Szoboszlai in recent months as Arteta seeks to address the issue.
The Gunners will travel to Leeds United after the international break as they look to return to winning ways after last week's dismal defeat at the hands of Aston Villa.
