Cesc Fabregas' dream team will delight both Chelsea & Arsenal fans as he names his ideal XI

Cecs Fabregas will have delighted fans of both Chelsea and Arsenal after naming half of his dream team with players from both of the London clubs.

Having played for both sides during his career with Barcelona sandwiched in between, the current Monaco man has picked three former Chelsea team mates and two Arsenal players in what he considers to be the best XI.

Fabregas rose to prominence with Arsenal as a youngster where he won the FA Cup in 2005 before reaching the final of the Champions League the year later, only to be beaten by the club he grew up at in Barcelona.

There's no room for Fabregas himself in the team - the central midfield spots are reserved for Arsenal's legendary captain Patrick Viera and Barcelona's Andres Iniesta.

Thierry Henry is the other Arsenal man to find a spot in the side and he partners Diego Costa up top in a partnership that would certainly frighten the life out of most defences in the world.

In goal is Iker Casillas, who Fabregas won the World Cup with for Spain, while John Terry is the only member of the back four not to play for Barcelona.

He was picked ahead of their legend, Carles Puyol, while there are spots for Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba and Dani Alves.

Lionel Messi of course gets a spot in the forward line of Fabregas' team while the opposite wing is reserved for Eden Hazard, making it a sublime front four.
