Refugees from Central African Republic, mostly Muslims, have slowly started to return.
But their arrival is causing new tensions in the city of Carno because their homes and businesses have been occupied by non-Muslims.
The United Nations and aid agencies hope to avert further violence by building new houses if the forced occupants agree to leave the refugees' old homes.
