Center Parcs confirms three changes it will be making to holidays from May 17 as lockdown eases

Center Parcs has confirmed the changes it will be making to its breaks from May 17 in line with new lockdown rules.

The Government guidelines for England are changing following Boris Johnson's announcement on Monday that the next stage of the roadmap will go ahead as planned.

The three key changes will be:

  • Restaurants will be offering indoor dining
  • The Subtropical Swimming Paradise will reopen (for pre-booked sessions to ensure social distancing is maintained)
  • Aqua Sana Spa experiences will reopen at Sherwood Forest, Longleat Forest, Whinfell Forest and Woburn Forest for guests on a Center Parcs break

Full details of what will be on offer are available on the Center Parcs site.

The latest rules include:

  • You can arrive at the village from 2pm and access your accommodation from 4pm
  • Check-out remains at 10am, but you can stay and enjoy the village until midnight
  • It is now essential to check-in online before you leave home, speeding up the process when you arrive and helping you to start your break sooner
  • Hotel rooms and apartments will now be available
  • Two households will now be permitted per lodge
  • Daily housekeeping is no longer available.
  • Paper, chalk, and tea have been removed
  • You will be no longer able to store your luggage at the Arrivals Lodge
  • On your arrival and departure days you will still be able to drive on village to load/unload your vehicle
