Boston Celtics starting center Robert Williams III had more than a career night starting in a big game against the Houston Rockets as the Celtics would waltz to a 118 – 102 win over the Texas franchise Friday night in no small part due to his play.
It was easily Timelord’s most impressive game yet; he put up 20 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists on a perfect 9-of-9 shooting night from the floor. But that stat line was impressive for more than just the Texas A&M product according to a number of statistical historians weighing in on Williams’ outstanding performance against the Rockets.
But the stat line he produced was special in several ways.
