New Boston Celtics forward Juancho Hernangomez had himself quite the offseason, having been dealt from the Minnesota Timberwolves to the Memphis Grizzlies for a cup of coffee before getting traded yet again to the Celtics, all while getting healthy for the coming campaign with his new team.
And the Spaniard looked excited to get to work with Boston just hours ahead of the team’s preseason debut at TD Garden against the Orlando Magic on October 4, speaking with the press about his mindset, fit, and health ahead of the exhibition contest. Having dealt with a shoulder injury heading into the offseason, there were questions on how well it was doing.
“It’s been great,” he explained. “I’m 100% healthy.”
