Celtics assistant Sam Cassell works with Boston’s Jayson Tatum at training camp

The Boston Celtics‘ 2023 offseason is over with their Media Day proceedings for the looming 2023-24 NBA season behind them and training camp is officially underway with the ball club’s many new arrivals getting in reps with the new coaching staff.

Integrating the likes of Kristaps Porzingis, Jrue Holiday, Dalano Banton, Oshae Brissett, Svi Mykhailiuk, Lamar Stevens, Jordan Walsh, and others spending time under the tutelage of new assistants Charles Lee and Sam Cassell is underway. Catching up with the media to get them apprised of what has been going on, and seeing if players like Wenyen Gabriel and Neemias Queta can give the team the bench big play it needs are also at the top of the docket.
