Celtic vs Hibs goes ahead despite 'reservations' from Jack Ross' men about Parkhead fixture

Hibs players have 'reservations' about playing in tonight's Premiership clash against Celtic after the home side's Covid outbreak.

The Hoops are without 13 first team players after they were told to self-isolate after Christopher Jullien tested positive for the virus following their warm-weather training camp in Dubai.

Sky Sports are reporting that the Hibs stars were consulted and some are 'believed to have reservations' about participating, but they have decided to play in the fixture.

Celtic's trip to Dubai has been heavily criticised amid the recent spike of coronavirus as Jullien tested positive on his return.

The Parkhead club will now have to field an under-strengthed side against the Hibees as 13 players join the defender in isolation.

Three members of their management staff will also be missing, including Neil Lennon and John Kennedy, as Gavin Strachan is scheduled to take charge in the dugout.
