Celtic v Copenhagen betting odds preview as Odsonne Edouard first scorer tip revealed

Glasgow already has one team in the last 16 of the Europa League, and Old Firm rivals Celtic are hot favourites to join Rangers with victory in tonight's Round of 32 second leg at Celtic Park.

Celtic drew 1-1 in Copenhagen last Thursday, and are 1/2 with thepools.com to finish the job off tonight.

That's a solid enough, if not exactly enticing price.

But there are better prices to be had out there.

Celtic have scored at least once after the 60th minute in their last eight home wins.

And Celtic to score in minutes 61-75 is 11/5 with thepools.com while a goal in minutes 75 to 90 is 6/4 .

The Europa League has assumed even greater importance to Stale Solbakken's side after they all but surrendered their Danish Superliga crown in a 1-1 draw at relegation-threatened Silkeborg on Sunday.

But Celtic have a 100 per cent record on home soil in this season's Europa league, and that includes clashes against better teams than Copenhagen like Lazio and Rennes.

The draw is 16/5 and Copenhagen a big 7/1 , but the home win at 1/2 looks the safest option.

Odsonne Edouard opened the scoring in Denmark last week, added another against Kilmarnock on Sunday and is a very good 14/5 first scorer tip and Evens to net at any time .

Curiously only three of Celtic's 11 fixtures since the post-winter break restart have been at home, but in The Hoops have hammered 11 goals in those three games and are 23/20 to cover a -1 handicap .
