Celtic will reportedly have no option to buy Marcelo Saracchi permanently.
The left-back will join the Parkhead club on a one-year loan deal from Argentinian giants Boca Juniors, reports respected journalist Cesar Luis Merlo.
It is said that Celtic will pay €100,000 (roughly £86,000) for the services of Saracchi for the season.

His spell in the Bundesliga would be unsuccessful, as the player made just 27 appearances in three years, spending time out on loan at Turkish side Galatasaray during the 2020/21 season.
He joined Levante three years ago, spending a season with the Spanish club before moving back to South America and Argentina with Boca Juniors, where he currently plays, for around £1.5 million.
Saracchi has nine caps for his native Uruguay, having made his international debut in 2018.
He will provide back-up and competition for Kieran Tierney, with Brendan Rodgers not fancying Hayato Inamura in games that Celtic don't dominate the ball.
