Former Linfield youngster Ben Wylie has signed an extended contract at Scottish Premiership champions Celtic .
The Ballymena teenager has put pen-to-paper on a deal that will run until 2022.
Wylie was a major contributor to County Antrim’s SuperCupNI success in 2017 as he captained the side to an impressive victory over GPS Bayern in the final.
The midfielder signed his first professional contract in June 2018 and after some impressive performances for Celtic's academy he has been handed a new deal.
Wylie has also starred for Northern Ireland at youth level playing at Under 15, 17 and 19 level.
He was also a pivotal part in Linfield Rangers side that won the Harry Cavan Youth Cup in 2018, scoring a hat-trick in the quarter final against Ballinamallard United before helping the Blues beat Cliftonville Strollers 2-0 in the final.
He has featured for Celtic Colts on a number of occasions this season as they sit second in the reserve league on 38 points, just behind Rangers on goal difference.
Tommy McIntyre's side face Clyde in the Glasgow Cup on Tuesday, January 21 as Wylie looks to add another medal to his already impressive collection.
