Celtic team news: Rogic returns to starting line-up as Neil Lennon names side for St Mirren match

Leigh Griffiths and Tom Rogic have been named in the Celtic team for this afternoon's match with St Mirren.

Neil Lennon has made two changes to the side which drew midweek against Livingston.

Ryan Christie and Mohamed Elyounoussi drop out with Griffiths and Rogic coming in.

The team is as follows: Forster, Bitton, Jullien, Ajer, Brown, Forrest, Rogic, McGregor, Taylor, Griffiths, Edouard. Subs are Gordon, Elhamed, Frimpong, Hayes, Christie, Elyounoussi and Bayo.

Neil Lennon's men will be looking to get back to winning ways after the midweek draw with Livingston at the Tony Macaroni Arena.

A victory would open up a 16-point gap at the top of the Scottish Premiership this afternoon, with Rangers not playing until tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon.

However St Mirren have a battle of their own on their hands as they look to avoid relegation. The Paisley club currently sit tenth in the Scottish Premiership table – four points above bottom club Hearts.
