Celtic target Kasper Dolberg has reportedly indicated his desire to return to Ajax.
The Eredivisie giants have made an approach to sign the striker on a short-term basis, reports major Dutch outlet De Telegraaf.
It is said that they want Dolberg, who scored 45 goals across a four-year spell at Ajax between 2015 and 2019, to replace the outgoing Brian Brobbey, who is on his way to Sunderland.

The transfer window in the Netherlands shuts at midnight on Tuesday, 25 hours after it closes in Scotland.
De Telegraaf's report also states that Celtic have tabled a bid for Dolberg worth €9million.
The Dane scored 24 goals in 45 games for Anderlecht last season.
He came off the bench to play the closing stages of his side's 2-0 defeat to Union St-Gilloise on Sunday afternoon.
Addressing incomings after Celtic's goalless draw with Rangers at Ibrox over the weekend, manager Brendan Rodgers said: "We've had a long time to reinforce the squad and listen, I'm hopeful that we can do that, and get it over the line.
"The game is about the quality of your players. You can take the game to different levels based on your players. But it's my responsibility to try and maximise what I can get out of the players that will be here.
"Hopefully, we can get that competition in the team and reinvigorate some of the players that have been here for a long time. Because, as you say, they've been here for four years, guys like Daizen (Maeda), they need competition."
