Celtic supporters liaison officer apologises after Ross County Pass to Paradise issues

Celtic SLO John Paul Taylor took to social media to apologise after fans struggled to access the match with Ross County via the Pass to Paradise system.

Over 30,000 fans logged in to the 'test event' match but some complained of being unable to access the coverage.

The game serves as a dry run to ensure the smooth running of the system when the action starts on August 2 with Celtic raising the Nine In A Row championship flag.

Taylor Tweeted: "Just been advised technical issues are being worked on at the moment, apologies for the delays.

"Lots of work still going on with the stream, it will be refined as we progress, over 30k fans logged in at present apologies for those of you who’ve had difficulty"

After 30 minutes of the game the SLO tweeted once again to assure fans the issues had been resolved.

He said: "Been advised earlier issues now resolved, should be able to login now, apologies for earlier problems"

Celtic have employed acclaimed production company Sunset & Vine to produce their coverage for the season ahead with pundits like Chris Sutton and Michael Stewart joining their old BT Sport colleagues in the punditry hot spot.
