They've not been awarded the title just yet but some Celtic fans are expecting the call to be a formality in the coming days.
And one such fan is politician and Hoops diehard Tommy Sheridan.
The former MSP posted a cheeky message on his YouTube channel to celebrate the Parkhead club's expected title triumph.
Celtic are set to be awarded the Scottish Premiership after all 12 top flight clubs including Glasgow rivals Rangers reached a unanimous consensus that they should be declared league champions.
In the address, Sheridan pretends to read Rangers' dossier of evidence against the SPFL - before turning the paper he's reading around to show a picture celebrating the presumptive ninth title triumph on the spin.
"We didn't want to be awarded nine in a row before the end of the season", Sheridan states.
"Because we knew that the 13-point gap would have became a 20-point gap by the end of the remaining eight games.
"We knew that we'd have beaten Rangers at Ibrox and Parkhead and we knew that Rangers would drop more points.
"Rangers have to drop the bleating. Come on! This season Celtic have been the best team. You can say up until the end of the year it was nip and tuck, both teams were doing well.
"Celtic had done better than they had in previous seasons but they were still only one point ahead, with Rangers with a game in hand. But since the turn of the year, since 2020, Celtic have been like a steam train.
"We've been playing glorious football, scoring for fun, winning game after game while Rangers drop point after point.
"There is no asterisk next to nine in a row. 2020, it was won. 2019/20, the title was won.
"And what we're going to do in 2021 is we're going to make history. Lenny's going to lead us to 10 in a row. Here we go, 10 in a row."
