Celtic star Leigh Griffiths has brutally hit back at an online troll after they tried to bring up his past behaviour.
The Scotland striker is often the target of abuse on social media, with one fan today highlighting headlines about his actions in response to an anti-racism tweet.
Alongside images of news articles from 2013 and 2014 when Griffiths was allegedly involved in racist incidents, they also had a pop at the 29-year-old's hair.
Sharing screenshots of the stories, the troll tweeted: "This is nearly as bad as your hair wee man!"
But not one for shying away from a retort, Griffiths replied: "We all make mistakes pal. We learn from them don’t we? I mean look at the mistake your mum and dad made all them years ago."
And his quick-witted quip went down a storm with followers, who praised the Parkhead ace for being on "top form"
One said: "Savage Griff returns."
While another wrote: "You didn't miss the target there Leigh!! Good shooting!!"
And a third posted: "On top form as usual sparky."
We previously told how dad-of-five has been keeping himself busy during lockdown by becoming a Tik Tok sensation.
He posted videos of himself recreating scenes from films such as Wolf of Wall Street and Dumb and Dumber, while also giving his own version of a Kevin Bridges stand up sketch.
And Griffiths isn't the only Hoops player to take part in some Tik Tok challenges over the last few weeks.
Skipper Scott Brown featured on Celtic's Tik Tok channel and took part in the handstand challenge where you have to put a t-shirt on while doing a handstand against a wall but somehow, he managed to rip his t-shirt in the process.
