Celtic star Ismaila Soro in injury worry as Neil Lennon reveals car crash details

Celtic could be without Ismaila Soro for Wednesday night's game with St Mirren after being involved in a car crash on Tuesday morning.

The midfielder was involved in the incident caused by the snowy conditions and Neil Lennon revealed he missed a big chunk of training getting checked out.

The Ivorian has been out of the Celtic team for the last two games with Scott Brown back in, but he has been a regular over the last couple of months.

Shane Duffy and Ryan Christie are also fit after some issues while James Forrest returned to training but isn't available for the Premiership clash.

Lennon said: "Soro had a prang in his car this morning due to the adverse weather conditions. He looks OK. So we are just checking on him, making sure he is alright. He missed a large part of the session.

"Apart from that James Forrest is back in training but obviously tomorrow night is too soon for him. So that's a welcome boost to the squad.

"Shane Duffy had a bit of a bug in the last couple of days but trained today so he should be available for selection. Ryan Christie is fit and back in the squad as well."
