Celtic squad revealed for Hamilton clash as Olivier Ntcham provides fitness boost

Classy French midfielder Olivier Ntcham makes his return to the first team fold for Wednesday's visit of Hamilton after recovering from a knock.

With the Betfred Cup Final against Rangers in the offing, Neil Lennon is treading carefully with some of his big names.

Odsonne Edouard, Mohamed Elyounoussi, Boli Bolingoli and Jonny Hayes all trained today along with striker Vakoun Bayo but none will be considered for tomorrow's game.

Hatem Abd Elhamed and Jozo Simunovic are still out alongside Daniel Arzani.

Neil Lennon explained the details of the injury in today's press conference.

He said: "Ntcham has a good chance of starting [against Hamilton]. As regards Odsonne and Mohamed, no. So we will see how they are.

"Bolingoli won't be fit for tomorrow. Bayo is back in training but it's probably too soon and it's as you were with Jonny so we are confident he will be fit as well [for Sunday].

"We have another five days before the cup final but our main focus is on tomorrow and we will deal with what comes after that, after the Hamilton game.

"But it is good to see them back."

Brian Rice has no fresh injuries for the visitors.

Blair Alston, Ciaran McKenna and Ryan Fulton all remain on the sidelines with knee injuries.

Celtic provisional squad : Forster, Frimpong, Bauer, Taylor, Ajer, Jullien, Rogic, Bitton, Brown, McGregor, Ntcham, Forrest, Johnston, Griffiths, Christie, Morgan, Sinclair, Gordon.

Hamilton provisional squad : Southwood, Fjortoft, McGowan, Easton, Hamilton, Hunt, McMann, Want, Gogic, Hughes, MacKinnon, Beck, Smith, Cunningham, Oakley, Ogkmpoe, Miller, Moyo, Davies, Collar, Fon Williams.
