Celtic squad revealed as Neil Lennon ponders striking options to blast past Sarajevo

Celtic head for Bosnia to face Sarajevo in the Europa League play-off in good form on the back of six domestic wins on the spin.

They may have scraped through their last qualifier against Riga but there were signs at the weekend against Hibs that things are beginning to click for the Hoops.

And they are boosted by the return of defender Christopher Jullien after recovering from a back injury.

Striker Albian Ajeti will miss out with a hamstring injury picked up scoring in the 3-0 Premiership win over Hibernian at the weekend.

While the five goal Swiss striker will be a loss, Leigh Griffiths is approaching full fitness and would offer a proven striking alternative should Neil Lennon deem him fit enough to take part.

Winger James Forrest misses out again with an ankle injury which has kept him out of the Scotland squad for their upcoming triple-header and will also rule him out of the Old Firm game against Rangers next month.

Potential line-up

Provisional squad

Barkas, Jullien, Taylor, Brown, Christie, Ntcham, Ajer, McGregor, Elhamed, Edouard, Bain, Bitton, Duffy, Klimala, Turnbull, Elyounoussi, Soro, Frimpong, Griffiths.
