Celtic squad revealed as Neil Lennon ponders changes for St Johnstone trip

Celtic's Nir Bitton will miss Sunday's trip to St Johnstone with a twisted ankle.

The Israel international was injured early in the Hoops' 1-0 Europa League play-off win over Sarajevo on Thursday night.

He is, however, set to be named in the Israel squad for the upcoming international break, despite Celtic boss Neil Lennon ruling him out.

Striker Albian Ajeti remains out with a hamstring problem and winger James Forrest is still sidelined with an ankle injury.

Lennon could look to freshen up the side following the midweek trip to Bosnia, with David Turnbull having impressed off the bench against Hibs last week.

Meanwhile, St Johnstone welcome Callum Booth back into their squad for the McDiarmid Park.

The left-back has been missing since the third game of the season.

Recent signing Craig Bryson is also pushing to be involved after regaining fitness.

Potential Celtic line-up

Provisional squad

Barkas, Jullien, Taylor, Brown, Christie, Ntcham, Ajer, McGregor, Elhamed, Edouard, Bain, Duffy, Klimala, Turnbull, Elyounoussi, Soro, Frimpong, Griffiths, Rogic
